RETURNS

If you receive an incorrect item and it is unused and still in it's original condition, you must make an exchange request by email within 5 days from the date you receive your order. For approved returned items, a replacement item will be shipped in exchange. We want to see our customers happy with our product and service. We will exchange your order as long as returned products meet the items listed below under our return policy criteria. We will accept all exchanges within 30 days from the order date except for custom orders as these products are made specifically for a unique purpose. Custom orders are as is and final at time of purchase.

Clients pay for the shipping of all returns.

 

Our Policy

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.

  • We only accept returns on products that have not been colored, cut, or altered in any way.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and tagged.

  • Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.

  • Merchandise must be physically received before a return can be granted. Please allow 72 hours upon receipt.

  • The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service and/or insurance to protect your package.

  • Customers must adhere to our verification process when applicable.

  • Bikinis, swimwear, and underwear are all FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

     

    We will not accept any merchandise used or altered in any way.

     

     

    Please do not send unauthorized returns. Merchandise sent to us without an Request to Return cannot be tracked and may be lost. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address. All merchandise not meeting the above criteria will be refused or returned to the customer at customer's own expense. If merchandise unsuitable for restocking is sent to us, it will be held for 7 days pending the customers payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. If the customer does not pay to reship the item(s) they will be discarded. No credit will be issued for any merchandise that cannot be restocked.

 

JEWELRY

  • Jewelry can be returned up to five days after purchase if there are not any damages to the items in which was not noted by the company beforehand, as we inspect every piece of jewelry before shipping it off to ensure its quality. Please always contact us before sending an item back for a refund. In an event of an exchange, if the item is no longer in stock we will offer alternatives of equal or lesser value.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We  do offer international shipping. Shipping rates are based on product weight along with any fees associated with importations.

 

How do I return an item?

 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event that an item(s) should need to be returned, the purchaser should first inform Royal Empress of the matter. For more in depth details please see the return section noted above.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Only items which still have its original packaging and tags attached may be considered for a return or exchange. For more in depth details please see the return section noted above.

Shipping Policies?

Please let us know if you have any wishes for your shipping. We have several customers whom would like for there purchases to remain unknown. We ship packages in the appropriate packages for that shipping option. As we have a lot of clients who do not want their packages labeled, we send them as plain as they can be. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If merchandise is lost in transit, it will be replaced only after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification by the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed and the merchandise will be replaced or a credit will be applied. We have no control over what happens with the post, but we will work hard to get the problem taken care of. There will be no exceptions to this. Until a claim has been accepted we will not ship replacement merchandise or issue a store credit. If your shipment is returned to us due to a bad address, refused upon delivery, or unclaimed after placing your order; there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. The remaining 50% balance will be refunded to your credit card. All packages that are unclaimed and returned by the post office will not be refunded. However, a store credit will be issued for the amount minus the shipping/handling cost.

How do I track my order?

 

Once an item has been ordered, an email with a receipt will be sent to the purchaser's email address provided. After the item has been processed and shipped, another email will be sent that provides carrier details and tracking numbers. 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We currently offer standard shipping for items purchased. Please allow for 7 to 14 business days after processing for items to be delivered. If items aren't delivered in this allotted time please contact customer support. 

Purchasing Information?

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as, Paypal payments. Due to a high volume of credit card scams & fraudulent activities any credit card transactions placed on our site directly will be subject to a one time verification process. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

Privacy Policies?

You have the right to opt-out (unsubscribe) from our newsletter if you choose. Please note that we adhere to our polices strictly. There are no exceptions. By purchasing you are agreeing to the return and exchange policy. In the case of a client charge back, we will fight the charge back to the fullest extent. Our return and exchange policy is quite clear and forms a legally binding contact.
